1. Who may play

To register and play you must be 18 or older — or of legal gambling age where you live, if that is higher. Making sure online gambling is lawful in your country is your responsibility. The licence Lucky Boom holds is offshore, not domestic.

2. Your account

One person, one account. Supply correct details and make sure the account name matches the name on your payment method. Protect your login. Additional accounts under the same name, device or payment method can be shut without notice. Formal requests, including self-exclusion and account closure, have to come from your registered email address.

3. Topping up

Every payment must come from a method in your own name. The smallest deposit is €20 (€40 for the fifth welcome stage). Cards allow 10 payments per day and 40 per month, up to €10,000 daily and €15,000 monthly per card. Fiat and crypto balances are tracked apart and can never be merged.

4. Cashing out

A full identity check precedes every withdrawal: government photo ID, a selfie holding it, and a bank statement or utility bill from the last three months, all in the same name. Under anti-money-laundering rules, deposited funds have to be wagered at least three times first. The smallest withdrawal is €40 and requests are reviewed inside 2 working days. Winnings outside jackpots are limited to €20,000 per week and €50,000 per month; jackpot wins have no limit. A withdrawal above a method's per-payment limit may be paid in instalments. A pending withdrawal can be cancelled before it completes.

5. Bonuses

Each bonus has to be switched on in your profile ahead of the qualifying payment. One bonus can run at a time. The welcome pack has ×40 wagering and the first live bonus ×15. While wagering a bonus the top bet is €5 a spin or round (€1 on the first-deposit bonus). Slots contribute 100%, live casino 10%, table games and video poker 0%. Bonus winnings are limited to €10,000 across all bonuses, and the withdrawal after wagering is 10 times the original bonus. Requesting a withdrawal while a bonus is running voids that bonus and its balance. The Bonus rules page has the details.

6. Dormant accounts

If an account shows no activity for six consecutive months, €10 per month is charged for as long as a positive balance remains.
